India couple’s kiss ‘not obscene’
A court in India has dismissed criminal proceedings against a married couple charged with obscenity for allegedly kissing in public in the capital.
This is bloody hilarious! Thank god the Judge has enough common sense to see how stupid the whole case was! I couldn’t help laughing my head off as I read this article posted on BBC.
The reason why they were arrested by the Police?
The police in Delhi had begun criminal proceedings against the couple for “sitting in an objectionable position near a metro (railway station) pillar and kissing due to which passersby were feeling bad”.
Making who feel bad and how? The single lonely guys and women who saw it? Because they weren’t getting enough of their own action in their own piss poor pathetic life? Or were it the cops themselves who were freaking jealous that the guy was getting “some” and not them?
What a load of bullshit! Luckily the Judge saw how stupid this case was and quickly dismiss this stupid thing all together!
